Delete your Playora account
Option 1: in the app (instant)
- Open Playora and go to the Me tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The deletion happens immediately on our servers.
Option 2: by e-mail (if you no longer have the app)
Write to devyopy@gmail.com from the e-mail address of the account you signed in with (Google, Facebook, Apple or X; if that account has no e-mail, tell us the name and sign-in method shown in the app under Me), with the subject “Delete my Playora account”. We delete the account within 30 days (usually much sooner) and confirm by reply.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in record: e-mail, name, profile photo and account identifier
- Your Premium entitlement and the purchase token linked to it
- Your saved scenes that were synced to our servers
- Your synced app data (playlists and favorites, alarms, bell, meditation and app settings)
- Your song sync list, and any songs waiting in our sync relay
- Your AI mix usage counter
What is not deleted, and why
- Your Google Play subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions to stop being charged.
- Purchase records held by Google Play, which Google keeps under its own policy.
- Records we are legally required to keep (for example accounting records), for the legally required period.
- Encrypted backups, which are overwritten within 35 days.
- Data stored only on your phone (music index, playlists and favorites, playback position, settings, songs received from your other devices). Uninstalling the app removes it.
- Songs you synced through your own Google Drive: they are in your Drive, not on our servers. Remove them in Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps → Playora → Delete hidden app data.
Xóa tài khoản Playora
Cách 1: ngay trong app (tức thì)
- Mở Playora và vào tab Tôi.
- Chọn Xóa tài khoản và xác nhận.
Việc xóa được thực hiện ngay trên máy chủ của chúng tôi.
Cách 2: qua email (nếu bạn không còn app)
Gửi thư tới devyopy@gmail.com từ địa chỉ email của tài khoản bạn dùng để đăng nhập (Google, Facebook, Apple hoặc X; nếu tài khoản đó không có email, hãy cho biết tên và phương thức đăng nhập hiển thị trong mục Tôi của app), tiêu đề “Xóa tài khoản Playora của tôi”. Chúng tôi xóa tài khoản trong vòng 30 ngày (thường nhanh hơn nhiều) và phản hồi xác nhận.
Dữ liệu được xóa
- Thông tin đăng nhập: email, tên, ảnh đại diện và mã tài khoản
- Quyền Premium và mã giao dịch (purchase token) liên kết với tài khoản
- Cảnh âm đã lưu mà bạn đồng bộ lên máy chủ
- Dữ liệu app đã đồng bộ (playlist và yêu thích, báo thức, chuông, hẹn giờ thiền, cài đặt)
- Danh sách bài hát đồng bộ, và các bài đang chờ trong trung chuyển của chúng tôi
- Bộ đếm lượt dùng AI Mix
Dữ liệu không bị xóa, và lý do
- Xóa tài khoản không hủy gói đăng ký Google Play của bạn. Hãy hủy trong Google Play → Thanh toán và gói đăng ký để không bị tính phí tiếp.
- Hồ sơ mua hàng do Google Play lưu theo chính sách của Google.
- Hồ sơ chúng tôi buộc phải giữ theo luật (ví dụ chứng từ kế toán), trong thời hạn luật định.
- Bản sao lưu được mã hóa, sẽ bị ghi đè trong vòng 35 ngày.
- Dữ liệu chỉ nằm trên điện thoại (chỉ mục nhạc, danh sách phát và mục yêu thích, vị trí đang nghe, cài đặt, bài nhận từ máy khác). Gỡ app là xóa hết.
- Bài bạn đồng bộ qua Google Drive của chính bạn: nằm trong Drive của bạn, không ở máy chủ của chúng tôi. Xóa trong Google Drive → Cài đặt → Quản lý ứng dụng → Playora → Xóa dữ liệu ứng dụng ẩn.
