Playora Privacy Policy
1. The short version
Playora plays the music stored on your device and mixes ambient sounds. Your music files and listening history stay on your phone unless you choose to sync them (see below). We collect only what is needed to run an account, a Premium subscription and the sync features you turn on. There are no ads, no advertising ID and no third-party analytics in the app.

Permissions. Nearby devices (Bluetooth / Wi-Fi) is used only to find your own devices for direct song transfers. On Android 12 and older, Android requires the location permission for Bluetooth scanning; Playora does not read or keep your location. Notifications, exact alarms and full-screen alerts are used for playback controls, alarms, the mindfulness bell and timers.
Google user data
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, e-mail address and profile picture (scopes openid, email, profile) and use them only for your account and Premium. If you choose to sync songs through Google Drive, Playora uses the drive.appdata scope: it can only create, read and delete files in its own hidden folder in your Drive, never your other files, and those files stay in your Drive. AI mixes send only the text you type to the Gemini API to pick sounds from our library; Playora does not generate images, video or voices. Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising and not used to train AI models.
Playora’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. Who receives data
Service providers acting on our instructions: Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare (servers, file storage, the 72-hour sync relay and network), Google (Sign-In, Play Billing, Play Integrity, Google Drive when you choose it for song sync and, for AI mixes, the Gemini API); Meta (Facebook Login), Apple (Sign in with Apple) and X (Log in with X), only when you choose that provider to sign in. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
Account, scenes, synced app data, song sync index and subscription records are kept until you delete them or your account. Songs sent through our relay are deleted automatically within 72 hours. Songs you sync through Google Drive stay in your Drive until you stop syncing them in the app or remove Playora’s data in Google Drive (Settings → Manage apps). Operational logs are kept for 30 days. After deletion, backups may retain data for up to 35 days before they are overwritten. Records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons are kept for the period the law requires.
5. Your rights and choices
You can delete your account and all server-side data inside the app (Me → Delete account) or on the deletion page. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to access, correct, export or restrict the use of your data, or to object to it; write to devyopy@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days. You can revoke the audio permission in Android settings at any time; the app then simply shows an empty library.
6. Security
Traffic uses HTTPS. Your session is stored encrypted with a key that never leaves the device’s secure hardware where available. Database access is restricted by row-level security and server-side checks. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you notice a problem.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.
8. Children
Playora is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data; if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app.

Quyền truy cập. Quyền Thiết bị ở gần (Bluetooth / Wi-Fi) chỉ dùng để tìm các máy của chính bạn khi chuyển bài hát trực tiếp. Trên Android 12 trở xuống, hệ thống bắt buộc quyền vị trí để quét Bluetooth; Playora không đọc và không lưu vị trí của bạn. Thông báo, báo thức chính xác và cảnh báo toàn màn hình dùng cho điều khiển phát nhạc, báo thức, chuông chánh niệm và hẹn giờ.
Dữ liệu người dùng Google
Khi bạn đăng nhập bằng Google, chúng tôi nhận tên, email và ảnh đại diện (phạm vi openid, email, profile) và chỉ dùng cho tài khoản và gói Premium. Nếu bạn chọn đồng bộ bài hát qua Google Drive, Playora dùng phạm vi drive.appdata: chỉ tạo, đọc và xóa tệp trong thư mục ẩn riêng của app trong Drive của bạn, không bao giờ đụng tới tệp khác, và các tệp đó nằm trong Drive của bạn. AI Mix chỉ gửi đoạn văn bạn nhập tới Gemini API để chọn âm thanh từ thư viện của chúng tôi; Playora không tạo hình ảnh, video hay giọng nói. Dữ liệu người dùng Google không bị bán, không dùng cho quảng cáo và không dùng để huấn luyện mô hình AI.
Việc Playora sử dụng và chuyển cho ứng dụng khác thông tin nhận được từ Google API tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Google API Services, bao gồm các yêu cầu Limited Use (sử dụng giới hạn).
3. Ai nhận dữ liệu
Các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ hành động theo chỉ dẫn của chúng tôi: Supabase (cơ sở dữ liệu, xác thực), Cloudflare (máy chủ, lưu trữ tệp, trung chuyển đồng bộ 72 giờ, mạng), Google (đăng nhập, Play Billing, Play Integrity, Google Drive khi bạn chọn để đồng bộ bài hát và, với AI Mix, Gemini API); Meta (Facebook Login), Apple (Sign in with Apple) và X (Log in with X), chỉ khi bạn chọn nhà cung cấp đó để đăng nhập. 4. Thời gian lưu trữ
Tài khoản, cảnh âm, dữ liệu app đã đồng bộ, chỉ mục bài hát đồng bộ và dữ liệu đăng ký được giữ đến khi bạn xóa chúng hoặc xóa tài khoản. Bài gửi qua trung chuyển của chúng tôi tự xóa trong vòng 72 giờ. Bài đồng bộ qua Google Drive nằm trong Drive của bạn cho đến khi bạn ngừng đồng bộ trong app hoặc xóa dữ liệu của Playora trong Google Drive (Cài đặt → Quản lý ứng dụng). Nhật ký vận hành giữ 30 ngày. Sau khi xóa, bản sao lưu có thể còn dữ liệu tối đa 35 ngày trước khi bị ghi đè. Hồ sơ phải giữ vì kế toán hoặc pháp luật được giữ trong thời hạn luật định.
5. Quyền và lựa chọn của bạn
Bạn có thể xóa tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu trên máy chủ ngay trong app (Tôi → Xóa tài khoản) hoặc tại trang xóa tài khoản. Tùy nơi cư trú, bạn có thể có quyền truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xuất, hạn chế hoặc phản đối việc xử lý dữ liệu; hãy viết tới devyopy@gmail.com, chúng tôi trả lời trong 30 ngày. Bạn có thể thu hồi quyền truy cập âm thanh trong cài đặt Android bất cứ lúc nào; khi đó thư viện chỉ hiển thị trống.
6. Bảo mật
Dữ liệu truyền qua HTTPS. Phiên đăng nhập được lưu mã hóa bằng khóa không rời khỏi phần cứng bảo mật của thiết bị (nếu có). Truy cập cơ sở dữ liệu bị giới hạn bằng row-level security và kiểm tra phía máy chủ. Không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối; nếu phát hiện vấn đề, hãy báo ngay cho chúng tôi.
7. Chuyển dữ liệu quốc tế
Nhà cung cấp của chúng tôi có thể xử lý dữ liệu ở quốc gia khác nơi bạn sống. Khi cần, chúng tôi dựa vào các biện pháp bảo vệ phù hợp mà các nhà cung cấp đó áp dụng.
8. Trẻ em
Playora không dành cho trẻ dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ; nếu bạn cho rằng trẻ đã tạo tài khoản, hãy liên hệ để chúng tôi xóa.
9. Thay đổi
Khi thay đổi đáng kể, chúng tôi cập nhật ngày ở đầu trang và thông báo trong app với các thay đổi quan trọng.
